The Lok Sabha has approved the 124 constitutional amendment bill introduced by the central government on providing 10 per cent reservation to the poor. The Lok Sabha on Tuesday held a debate on the EBC bill. At the end of discussion on the bill, Union Minister Thawar Chand said that by constitutional amendment Article 15 was clause (6) and clause (6).
